Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! • Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No open flames, candles, or matches • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total.
