Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund💸. Please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 • Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No open flames, candles, or matches • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Josh’s house was incredible! The home and amenities were fantastic. Josh had the home stocked with all the basic necessities on arrival and more! My kids loved the pool and the yard. We barely had to leave to have fun, but when we did the neighborhood was great to walk and had a canal inlet nearby where manatees were present each day. A short 5 minute drive brought us to Anna Maria Island with a number of spectacular beaches to visit with a number of beachfront restaurants and bars! The best part of Josh’s home was how responsive and helpful he was to messages. I highly recommend any of his Airbnb listings and look forward to staying again myself next year!

Our family of 7 had the best time at this house! We used the basketball/pickleball court so many times, the pool, the hottub, the game room- we made so many great memories. We walked to the manatee lake and saw the manatees! Walked multiple times to target, Starbucks, and Wawa. Short drive to great beaches and restaurants. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that came with the house. Any issues that arose were dealt with immediately. The hosts are so responsive. Everything was clean and labeled so anything we needed was easy to find. I could go on and on but this was a perfect house for our family and we hope to be back again!!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this place! From the ample indoor space to incredible outdoor amenities it was absolutely perfect. This home is wheelchair accessible with plenty of room to move around inside. The hosts were great communicators! Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. The game room was a fun bonus area for the evenings as well. We will definitely be booking this place again! 🙌🏻
