Breaking any house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours—may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Amazing place, very well curated with tons of activities for kids and adults. Very close to the beach and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s a gem.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The place is packed with everything you could ever need for all ages! Host was super responsive with all my questions I had and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Awesome times a hundred!!

We had a great time. The only downside was our fault that we didn’t book a longer stay! Everything was as advertised. Normally pictures can be deceiving but that was not the case. We had twelve people stay and we had plenty of space and plenty to do. Proximity to the beach was literally a 5 minute drive. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The house was beautiful. We were there for two nights, and only left to get food, because there was so much to do at the house, especially for our teen son!!! Everything was very clean, and easy to use all amenities. We would definitely stay there again!!!
