Our home is equipped with cable/smart TVs, high speed internet access, outdoor security cameras and noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) for your safety and to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Here are a few key guidelines for a respectful and relaxing stay: No parties or events to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM for the comfort of all guests and neighbors. No smoking indoors and no open flames (candles, matches). Please help us keep the condo pristine by removing shoes inside and setting the thermostat between 69°F and 78°F. In our tropical climate, please keep doors and windows closed to prevent pests. Neighbors are attentive to community guidelines, and we appreciate your respect for the property, furnishings, quiet hours, and fellow residents.
