Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund💸. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours🌙, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 • Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No open flames, candles, or matches • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total. 🔥 Please note: Due to Florida’s tropical climate 🌴 and related storage concerns, we do not provide firewood for the firepit. 🪵 Firewood can be conveniently purchased at nearby supermarkets 🛒 or hardware stores 🛠️.
