We could not have had a better stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely amazing, very spacious and clean and just a short drive from the beach. Josh and his team were extremely helpful with any questions we had and were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be coming back!

Josh’s place was perfect for families. A lot to do in and outside the house. Less than 10min from the beach. A few maintenance needs to be updated and improved.

Our family had a great vacation at this home! It was very central, so we were able to visit many different areas near Clearwater! The house was perfect sized and had plenty to do to keep our group happy the whole stay!
