Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund: • No parties or events • Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am • No unregistered guests • No smoking • No open flames, candles, or matches • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras 📸 as well as noise-detection hardware 🔊 (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels. Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund💸. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours🌙, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 We’ve thoughtfully prepared this home to offer both fun and relaxation for your family or group.
