House was great and looked just like the photos. Kids absolutely loved the pool, hot tub and backyard games. Location was both convenient to get to the beach and our daughter’s softball tournament.

Thanks again Josh for hosting my family and I to your awesome place. This was a first time family vacation of my wife and I with the kids and Josh’s listing was perfect for keeping kids entertained. The area was very quiet and also very close to many food/grocery stores. We are already talking about our next family vacation and are definitely keeping Josh and his listings in mind again for the future. 10/10!

It was a last minute gathering...last minute flights and work arrangements. Josh made finding a house and checking in.. the easiest part. We were leary of our noise. 10 people talking at 1 time could be loud, especially during the work week.... but we were comfortable and the house meet all our needs. We were even able to request a late check out.. Will request Josh again

For the holidays this year I wanted to do something different- I wanted to do experiences and create memories instead of presents. This Airbnb was perfect in so many ways to get everyone off their electronics and just enjoy each other’s company. The pool, hot tub, yard games, and game room kept all four of the kiddos (ages ranging from 3 to 15 years old) entertained. We had a blast at the nearby Sky Zone trampoline park, the Capybara cafe, and Honeymoon Island beaches. The place was overall roomy, beds comfy, and just had that cool tropical Floridian vibe 🤌🏻 🌴 The hosts/hostesses were awesome and always responsive. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your amazing place! 💛
