Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund💸. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours🌙, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 📏 Please Note – House Rules Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund: Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet.
