Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund: • No parties or events • Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am • No unregistered guests • No smoking • No open flames, candles, or matches • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels. Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 We’ve thoughtfully prepared this home to offer both fun and relaxation for your family or group.
