Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total. We had a lovely stay at Josh’s place in Seminole. The house was very cute and accurate to the photos. Kitchen was very well stocked as was the outdoor area. Josh and his team were highly response to our needs. Pool heated up in the sun so I’m not sure we needed the pool to be heated but glad we had the option. It appears the near neighbors are not supportive of short term rentals (police were called midday while we were hanging at the pool at a reasonable volume, but police were understanding and nothing escalated). That being said, the wider neighborhood is quiet and lovely, we enjoyed taking walks and others said hello to us. I would highly recommend and stay again.

This place was an amazing stay!! So clean and roomy with so many fun amenities. We stayed here for my bachelorette party and we had a great time enjoying the pool, hot tub, karaoke stage, and pickleball court! The host was very responsive and professional!

This house itself is clean and can hold a lot of people comfortably. The games and entertainment space is so fun, and the outdoor space is well designed. We had the best time, just being home and relaxing. The beach is a 10 minute drive, the neighborhood is quiet with parks nearby and the Pinellas trail not too far away. A great stay,

Josh place was extremely beautiful and it was the perfect location. The place had multiple amenities for my retreat group. We had a restful weekend with everything we needed all in one place. The neighbors thanked us for being one of the most quiet groups that they have encountered in 6 months that abided by the noise ordinance for their area. Great experience!
