Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours🌙, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process 🏡. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.
