I can’t say enough good things about the place, and the hosts Josh, Shae, and Ali they were all amazing, and truly made you feel comfortable. Their place is the cleanest, and most sanitary place I’ve ever stayed in. I’m talking when you walk up to the door you can smell the cleanliness. Hats off to the housekeeping team they use. They have everything you need, including a washer and dryer, nice cookware, dishes even beach toys!The open concept, the decor, the amenities, the beds….ALL AMAZING!! They have more stuff to do there than you’ll be able to do in a week! The location is great for the beach or a night out. The pool is a $30 a day charge but it’s definitely some of the best money I ever spent! The pool will get like bathwater even in January. You can set it for a lower temperature if you like. Needless to say when we come to Clearwater this will be our go to place if it’s available! Thanks for an AMAZING place to stay away from the icy Indiana winters! We’ll be back!

We were so pleased to stay at this home. The location turned out to be perfect for our Clearwater stay, with markets and restaurants near by. Several of our meals we still made in the well equipped kitchen. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on! Communication with the hosts was always answered quickly. Would stay again.

We had the best time !! The house was such a vibe. From the decor to the pool to the cool games. Josh was so friendly and so responsive to any questions that came up. The house was very clean and cozy. We can’t wait to come back and visit !

My best friends from college and I had the most wonderful stay/reunion at Josh’s home. The house was beautiful inside and out (especially the pool), accommodated everyone comfortably, and in an excellent location. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. We really enjoyed going to Indian Rocks Beach because it was more residential and quiet, but if you love a busy beach, Clearwater Beach has so much to do! The house is just a 15 minute drive from each. Although, I will say parking is cheaper at Indian Rocks. I absolutely recommend this home to anyone considering. Super thankful and blessed that we were able to spend our time in such a beautiful place.
