Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund💸. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours🌙, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 • Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No open flames, candles, or matches • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Our vacation was amazing and enjoyed by us all. The backyard and game room really put it over the top! Our host was amazing and responded immediately when we had an a/c issue, not their fault, but they had someone out to fix it right away and they responded within minutes of me messaging them which we were extremely grateful for with the heat this week. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fun vacation with kids or just for the adults.
