Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund: • Maximum occupancy: 16 guests indoors • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (includes outdoor amenities) • No smoking or vaping • No open flames, candles, or matches • Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Use of pool, batting cage, pickleball court, basketball hoop, and play equipment is at guest’s own risk • Keep doors and windows closed to prevent pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) • Any damage must be reported promptly • Respect neighbors and property at all times This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras for security purposes only as well as noise-detection hardware (does not record audio) to monitor excessive noise levels. Breaking any house rules—including unregistered guests or pets, parties, illegal activity, smoking indoors, or quiet-hour violations—will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Neighbors are diligent in reporting violations, so please be respectful of the property, furnishings, and community to ensure a positive stay for everyone 😊
