From epic game nights to beach days and backyard adventures, Jungle Villa is your home base for more fun and more memories! 🏝️ Heated Pool & Hot Tub – Additional Fee Required • Pool: $35/day • Hot Tub/Spa: $25/day • Both: $50/day (minimum 3 days, applied to entire stay) • Pool Target Temp: 80-83°F • Hot Tub/Spa: Guest-controlled, 90–99°F You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. ❗ Important Pool Heating Note: Due to the large size of the pool, heating is only effective when nighttime temperatures stay above 55°F. For this reason, pool heating is typically available from mid/late February through November. Please plan accordingly, as heating may not be possible during colder months due to low outdoor temperatures. 🚗 Parking Information Parking is only allowed in the driveway or the gravel area next to it. ❌ Do not park across the street—that is private property. Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets🐾, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours 🔕—can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund💸. Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours🌙, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay! 😊 • Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No open flames, candles, or matches • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F • Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate) Pet fee: Pet fee is $150 per stay for 1 pet, and $50 per each additional pet. Please limit your pets to 2 total. 🔥 Please note: Due to Florida’s tropical climate 🌴 and related storage concerns, we do not provide firewood for the firepit. 🪵 Firewood can be conveniently purchased at nearby supermarkets 🛒 or hardware stores 🛠️.
