Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund: • Maximum occupancy: 14 guests indoors • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (includes outdoor amenities) • No smoking or vaping • No open flames, candles, or matches • Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F • No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains • Use of pool and play equipment is at guest’s own risk • Keep doors and windows closed to prevent pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate!) • Any damage must be reported promptly • Respect neighbors and property at all times 🔒 Security & Monitoring For security purposes only: • Outdoor security cameras (front of home & facing playset - no audio recording) • Minut noise monitoring device (does not record conversations) Neighbors are diligent in reporting violations, so please be respectful of the property, furnishings, and community to ensure a positive stay for everyone. 😊 This home is perfect for families, multi-family trips, and groups looking for a private, fun-packed Florida getaway with space to relax and play. 🌴🔥
